The short top of this outfit has a broad neckline that is slightly gathered. The long flared, hip-hugging skirt is secured with crossed strings that hold the gathers creating tubes. The descending hemline is rounded to the sides and has a central point. Suggested fabric: jersey, gauze or georgette.
