In this section you can exercise your right of withdrawal from your order pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/05. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from delivery for non-perishable products with intact packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase, subject to verification of compliance with legal conditions.

The withdrawal is considered exercised at the moment the form is submitted. You will receive a confirmation email as legal proof, containing a summary of the request and instructions for returning the goods.
