This petticoat gown opens at the bottom into a long mermaid-style train. It is completed with a shoulder wrap with strip collar that holds soft draping and opens at the center. Suggested fabric: Chantilly lace or embroidered tulle for the gown, chiffon for the shoulder wrap.
